Horizons of Ultra-Highfield NMR and 4D Structural Biology – From Mechanisms to Therapies

Date: Thursday and Friday, November 6–7, 2025
Location: TUM Institute for Advanced Study, Garching
Registration deadline Oct 3, 2025  - click here to register

Ultra-highfield NMR continues to unveil groundbreaking insights into the molecular mechanisms of biomolecules, emphasizing the critical roles of dynamics and allostery for biological function. This 4D view of structural biology (considering dynamics in addition to structure) – combines NMR, cryo-EM, complementary biophysical techniques, such as FRET, computational methods and AI – and provides unprecedented mechanistic insights empowering breakthrough therapeutic innovations.
